Ah, thank you.

Yes, try forwarding the Vonage ports on the Speestream. Do that and see if the Moto box plugged directly into it can get a solid green light. There's no reason it shouldn't if it can receive all the data.

It looks like you're using a static IP of 10.0.0.100 on the Moto box. That may be outside of the range that the Slipstream can deal with, so do two things: First, reset the Moto to a closer IP, something like 10.0.5.10. Next, turn off the DHCP on the Slipstream and hook the Moto directly to it. Reboot both the ATA and the Slipstream and see what happens.

There should be no reason to do any port forwarding with the Linksys router, turn it off on that. As you said, it's functioning only as a switch so nothing ever comes into its WAN port.

I got your response after I tried to make it work and I did some things that made it work here is what I did:

Reset my Linksys Router to default
Reset the DSL Modem to default

Conected the Moto WAN to DSL Modem and Moto PC to my Laptop

Finally I saw the light. The Moto Box is working. I have a dial tone and I can use the phone perfectly.

However, while doing that I screwed up my network and have to re do it. At least I know the Moto works and whatever happens is my fault.

After reseting the DSL Modem I can no longer access its setup page that should be on address 10.0.0.1 but that I have to solve in another forum.

You guys have been extremelly patient with me and for that I thank you.
