I finally run out of patience and want to cancel the Vonage service or lack of it. Well, not so fast, I will be charged the cancellation fee. I asked why, answer was because I’m canceling the services. Well… what services, I haven’t receive any. I have no device, I have no phone connection, and I couldn’t make or receive any phone calls for the past two weeks since I sign up with Vonage.

The question is why do I have to be charged for something I haven’t received? Why I couldn’t receive my refund but on top getting slammed with cancellations fee? Nevermind the customer service when I try to locate the device (which I by the way never receive)… worst experience ever.

how was it? got the device now? if u already have your username acct.. on web acct... mmm... try link for Billling >> Credit Request, (if ever that'd make anyone w/ your case feel better..)

about the shipped device... i think Vonage already did their part.. probably it was just lost and that time it's UPS / DHL responsibility from then on.. tried tracking it from d website? or tried calling the shipping / acct update?

maybe u havent really understood how Vonage works. You should have tracked down ur equipment using the order confirmation number. try calling this number

Yeah to bad. The saving off my old phone bill is about a $60.00 the service is good, I guess you have to have a little patients... At first if you don't know whats going on I guess it can be a little overwhelming Rolling Eyes

if you cancel w/in 30 days you'll get a full refund on everything since they Vonage has a 30 day money back guarantee trial period. But you'll need to call customer service to confirm where the equipment is if you can't track it through DHL.... Lol

Yes call the Customer Service, however I would like to add also that the 30-day Trial period starts from the day that you signed up or the date your credit card was charged...So make sure to call them before the trial period or else you'd be charged with a disconnection fee already even if you didn't have the equipment with you yet. Unless you call them, they won't know you haven't gotten it. So call them as soon as you can and are able to. Cool
