at least the image is, sort of reminds me when I had a Trinitron screen and you would slap the monitor, it would quiver.
On this site the white parts of the screen have a flickering dark horizontal lines. This did not appear pre-Vonage.
I have the modem and the voice terminal on the desk, I test out at 2.9 megabits/sec.
Any hints here?? |

Sounds like you have an electric fan or other motorized device too close to it. AS IHBS said, move everything electrical away from it and then bring it back, one piece at a time until you find the one that's causing it.
OBTW, you didn't mess with the refresh settings, did you? Sixty Hz refresh can look pretty jiggly if you're used to a higher frequency. |

Got it, when I hooked the Vonage box up, I moved the cordless phone base next to the computer; moved it off the desk, and all is fine! |
