Sounds like you have an electric fan or other motorized device too close to it. AS IHBS said, move everything electrical away from it and then bring it back, one piece at a time until you find the one that's causing it.
OBTW, you didn't mess with the refresh settings, did you? Sixty Hz refresh can look pretty jiggly if you're used to a higher frequency.
