Post subject: Dialing extensions is NOT working
Can't call into work and use # or * - which makes getting my voicemail impossible. Is this something others run into - so anytime I call a bank or any place w/an automated system this is going to happen? That would be a serious shortcoming.... and I've been on hold now for 27 min w/support....

Not sure if this is still possible, call
VONAGE
Customer Service and ask that the " DTMF tone" length be increased.

I had this problem a while back, and it was fixed ... but then I couldn't get into my
Vonage
voicemail ....!
The problem was fixed by
Vonage
replacing my RT31P2, which I'm somewhat sceptical was the most efficient way to resolve the problem.

Yes they are going to replace my box - and of course it was a choice between voicemail or using extensions when I call work....
