I just installed my Vonage this weekend and have an HP Officejet 7310xi which I love. So far the only problem, and its a big one for me, is that the HP won't answer automatically. If I hit the fax start or auto anser button while its ringing in, it will connect and works fine. No problem sending either. I figure there's got to be a way to make this answer on auto. |

I have an HP 7310xi and started using Vonage last week. The only problem I had faxing was the auto-answer function and with the help of HP online chat ( second time, first guy just said HP wasn't compatible w/ Vonage) I got the auto answer set up correctly ( my fault, I had set to double-ring answer from my old shared fax line setup) and now it works like a charm. The 7310 is one of the best machines I've had. Would recommend it highly ( buy at Costco for under $350.) and now it works w/ Vonage. |

I have a Lexmark X4270 and have it hooked up to my Vonage Fax Line and it works fine, never had any problems receiving faxes, but there are a lot of times the fax number is dialed, maybe someone else had this number before and no fax comes through, but on true faxes they come through with no problems at all. John
PS the auto answer feature works fine on this machine also |

I have a V-tech IP8100-2 and I'm wondering how I can use a fax machine with this setup? Is it even possible? |
