I've been a Vonage user for 2+ years and it's great. But now I'm ready for a real Business feature set similar to Packet8's Virtual Office. Need Auto-attendant, conference bridge, multiple voicemail boxes, three or four digit extension dialing with call transfer, etc. come on Vonage, time to step up.

I agree with you.

Business Accounts pay more money for the same feature set and the same level of customer service. Vonage can grow their revenue streams by providing services that businesses would be happy to pay for (ie Multiple VoiceMail Boxes, Auto Attendent etc.) Word was that multiple voicemail boxes was supposed to be released a while ago although no one will from Vonage will comment on the ETA of this feature. Even a certified letter to the management team still goes unanswered -- for over 10 months!
