I have had more than considerable problems reaching Vonage customer service. I haven't had service in months for reasons I can't fathom, and can't reach tech support for. I've decided I want to cancel my service, but can't reach customer service. Either the hold times have been in excess of 45 minutes (completely unacceptable, considering I don't have disposable time) or I'm told that nobody is available to help me. Since the only thing I can't do with Vonage online is cancel, I need help. I refuse to set my alarm for 4am to get through to CS.

Will somebody from Vonage please reply.

This isn't an official Vonage site, so nobody from Vonage would be able to help you.

However, if you look around the forums, you can find information on how to contact Vonage to get the help that you need.

Indeed, Vonage's tech support/customer service is poor at best. Actually, there's another description I'd like to use, but it's not considered polite. The product in and of itself is a great idea, and their implementation is one of the better ones out there...BUT, Vonage really needs to do something about CS. It's the only interaction most users will have with Vonage....and 45+ minute waits (and I've been through this myself) are certainly NOT a good impression.

so other than the 2 hr. on hold wait times some are experiencing, how do you go about cancelling your account and getting the 30 day unconditional refund?
I'm sure Vonage reps are monitoring this forum, time to supply a little ex-customer service here guys.

You need to cancel within 14 days of activation, not 30.
