Hey folks,
Just subscribed to the Basic 500 rate plan for the first time (in Canada) and will try this service out when the box arrives hopefully sometime next week. Now that I have signed up for this plan, I'm a little confused about what this includes. My questions:

1. Do all calls, no matter if local, long distance, or even accessing voicemail (*123) add up to include these 500 minutes? If that's the case, I've been duped as this wasn't well described.
2. Are received calls included in these 500 minutes, or are they free?
3. Are Vonage to Vonage calls free or do they also contribute to the 500 minutes?
4. Is this per second billing?

Thanks Gary for the quick reply. By per second billing, I meant if a call is 1:15 for example, will it be calculated as 1:15 or a full two minutes? Likewise, if a call is less that a minute, it is calculated as a full minute?

Yes, they do round up to the next full minute on each call.

Hmm. That kinda **** and should have been written on their web page or somewhere on the service contract.
