Please help. Most of the calls made to my Vonage home phone goes to fast busy signal. No ringtone at all. Tried calling from my cellphone, my work phone, some other cellphone and landlines. This happens more during the daytime. Unfortunately whenever I call Vonage technical support during the night time, they are able to make the call fine. Even i can make the call at this time. Vonage technical support has already reset the router 2 times.
Please help. Thanks. Aklank

Your Voip results are excellent and you don't mention any problems with placing calls. Unfortunately, I doubt that anyone in the forum is going to be able to help. This sounds like a network issue that Vonage is going to have to work. I hate to say it, but I think you're going to have to get in touch with customer service at a time when the problem is likely to occur and get them to troubleshoot. |

I'm having the same fast busy condition. OR people calling me either get "All Circuits are busy" or Your call can not be completed at this time. And it doesn't at the very least roll to voicemail. I'm in San Francisco. I called Technical support and they wouldn't trouble shoot unless I was infront of the router. But it sounds to me with my telecomm background that it is not an issue with my router but rather a larger network issue... Is Vonage getting too large too quickly and their infrastructure can not handle the volume? |

I have already called techies at Vonage 3 times. My router has been put in diagnosis mode and i still have problems today. Will call them tonight to find out how the diagnosis went and update results. |

I called Vonage customer care and was on phone with them for 1 and half hour. The problem was escalated to 2nd level tech. Since i noted down what time i had problem, the Vonage tech was able to find that in their logs and he said that it was zeroed out (don't know what that means exactly). But he said that he was able to see problem. He has moved my account to a diffrent server and resync my account/modem. The tech was very much confident that the problem should be resolved now. I will update the results tomorrow whether i m still having the problem. |

That will be appreciated. There appears to be a rash of this sort of thing lately. |
