Why is that although this site has a disclaimer that states

that if you dare to offer any criticism of Vonage your post seems to get deleted at light speed? seems to smack of censorship!
Not to Mention the user name with the account (criticism) is not allowed to post ever vonage-forum. if this website is no part of Vonage, then it should not exist. they could be sued for copyright infringement. (using vonages name)

Dan had explain long ago about the history of this site and his relationship with Vonage. He only recently put up the disclaimers on the site, 2 months ago this site carried the Vonage logo.
I think Dan is just making it clear that Vonage does not control the editorial's on the site.
I can not find it, I think it was in one of the Daily Digest's that Dan explained the agreement he has with Vonage to run this site. Read the disclaimer very carefully and you will see that info is not spelled out, only "is no way endorsed, sponsored, provided, owned or otherwise controlled by Vonage." It does not say that Dan does NOT have an agreement with Vonage. Cause I believe he does.
He very obviously is selling for Vonage: sign up here, sign up there, sign up everywhere on this site...dah.
