Regarding this issue, before we ask to disconnect, is there anything that we should do with our service? Of course, the one who's been through the Terms Of Services knows.... Yes, there is one thing to ask ourselves: should we cancel? wouldn't we be the ones to ask to be reconnected to a disconnected account? Wouldn't it be too late? The answer is: think before! If you are a student, you can ask for a suspension, during the summer hollidays (don't cancel, you'll pay the disconnection fee plus re-connection). Is the service so bad? Won't you regret it?
