Post subject: Vonage -- service IS improving
As early posted, I lost INBOUND calling capabilities for 2
Vonage
lines (6 p.m.). I immediately sent an email to
Vonage
and at 7 p.m. (best guess) service was restored.
At 8:35
Vonage
called me (1st time ever) to apologize for the outage and advise that service had been restored (which while I already knew) was certainly a first.
While clearly far from telco quality -- things are improving.

Yeah, today I just got a recorded call from
Vonage
asking me if I wanted to switch to the premium service. First one I got.
Its nice to see how rapidly their service is growing.

I also noticed that international calls to pakistan are improving. I hope it stays like this. Then
Vonage
is the best game in town.
