I spent similar quality time, finally got someone who said they would make changes at their end and then I would turn off and on the adapter. But when I said I had already turned my adapter off and on, the rep. said she would kick me up the tech chain. Then, a voice said "You may experience problems with our tech support service", and I was disconnected.
I'll try the off/on and bandwith stuff in the order described by mharr, and see if it works without the
Vonage
setting changes, which might be ballony anyway. If it does not work, I'll have to call again.
