More than two days now ... Many of our incoming phone calls are going straight to voice, and calling out -- even checking voicemail -- is a task. Most times we get a fast busy signal. After trying 5-10 times, I can usually get a call through.
Called Vonage and he said the problem was the latency speed and I should contact my ISP. Called Charter Communications and he said my speed was fine, the problem was Vonage's.
My speed on testyourvoip was fine ... I haven't had this problem before in more than a year of Vonage service. Anyone know what's going on?

I've got Charter Cable, with the cable going to Motorola Surfboard SB5100 modem, then to Linksys RT31P2, then to computer and Netgear wireless router.
