The current download does not have this feature, I believe the program is still in beta.
The only use for it right now is to use it with your contacts in Outlook or to either type or cut/paste numbers in. I think it will be great when it is able to store recently called numbers, I hope they're working on that - or some program to speed dial, that's the feature I miss the most from my previous phone company. |

The cool thing about "Click to Call" is all you have to do is highlight any number (whether it be in outlook, webpage, anywhere) and then hit the F6 Button and as long as you have it running in the background it will call the number that you highlighted. Oh BTW, it needs to be an 11 digit number. |

This looks like a cool feature...why not add a option to insert a 1 before you dial. I have about 65,000 contacts without a 1 in front of them... just incase anyone developing the app is reading. |

Just thinkin', a web browser based click 2 call would be nice. It would run on any OS. |

couple fo things. I actually downloaded the app and I like it. I am an outlook user but also use the web to get contact info and now can just highlight the number and hit F6...I have "Fat Fingered" at least a million numbers in my time...it will take some getting used to...I will let you know how it works.
Also it does not matter if there is a 1 or not in front of the number, Click2Call can figure it out.
Not sure what you mean by a browser app and how that will function with other programs...the real power here is that it intergrates with your Outlook and is smart enough to see if you have Work, Home, Cell numbers and add the icon for each that exists so you can "Click2Call"...in addition to highlight and call. Maybe adding a SpeedDial interface to it would be a good idea as well. |
