How about your phone? If it's a 2.4 GHz cordless it could be causing "interesting" problems by interfering with your wireless router. |

I have 5.8 Ghz. I upgraded to that immediately after getting Vonage becasuse of the wireless router getting dumped everytime I took a call/ |

So much for the easy answers. Your VoIP results are good, and the problem is intermittent, and that makes it tough. Have you tried doing a VoIP test immediately after one of these dropped call incidents takes place? |

Are you sure it's not someone humming to you? Just a thought...maybe I should keep those to myself... |

VOIP test are fine immediately after it occurs. BTW: It is not a disconnect, because it never connects. I had it on simu-ring the other day. I tried to pick it up on my VOPI phone first, got the dial tone, instead of the call, but I was still able to pick it up on my cellphone after trying to pick it up on VOIP. SImu-ring is not the problem either, because it happens many times without simu-ring or call forwarding being utilized. |
