Does anyone know how to do a hard reset of RTP -300?

My understanding is that you can:
1. Press and hold the reset button for more than 30 seconds while the unit is powered up.
OR
2. Log into the Web interface, go to the "Administration" page, and perform a "factory reset" from the factory reset subpage.

Thanks for the information. It worked. I was struggling with a nasty problem. After the reset the problem is resolved.
