Thanks for the feedback.
I hope someone in Vonage management is following this. Vonage needs to learn a lot about customer support, but, in my opinion, the biggest single thing is learning to do what they say. If a rep says that they're going to return a call, send an Email, or whatever, they need to do it come hell or high water. |
