Port your number. Tons of other providers, Voip and POTS, offer and support toll free. Routers are cheap - and if you're running a business you probably shouldn't be using the consumer level stuff Vonage gives you - or at least have a spare for backup.

Again, if the features are important to you, they are easy to get. It'd probably take less time to change providers than to post that you're unhappy about the lack of Vonage features.

That's one of the best things about Voip. You're no longer stuck with just your local POTS or CLEC. You have a literal ton of choices.

True but I've only found two other Voip providers that support toll free numbers and one doesnt let you port over toll free numbers and then another one I tried to port over number and it was denied by Vonage and when I called Vonage they said that it was denied cause Vonage doesn't actually own the numbers and therefore can't transfer them...

If you have a Vonage supplied number, they you're at their mercy as to whether they'll allow the port. Some folks have been successful, others not.

If you can't port and want to retain the number, you still have a couple of options. You can route your calls through screening software that will perform the ACR on your end. Or, sign up with another provider that does offer ACR and set your Vonage account to forward to that new number and keep your fingers crossed that Vonage will add the features you want one day.

sure I'll just spend thousands of dollars for new Business Cards as will have to print new ones cause most other Voip dont offer toll free numbers. I'll have to go buy another Router.

What are you talking about, many offer toll free numbers.

And I can tell you that their current version of ANR (I've been beta testing it for 3 months) is pretty much worthless. Only truly privatized numbers, ones where someone dialed *67 then my number, are blocked. All "unknown" and "out of area" calls come through.
