accounts are dead, 10 seconds of silence then a fast busy.

Same here...try calling support and you get a message to leave a message! This is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

After my 3rd attempt calling tech support in the last 20 minutes, 2 calls were disconnected, 3rd call says "Sorry noone is available to take your call"
I am giving up.
<----So much for the "Vonage Service Status" to the left over there....
If only they could be more proactive and make an effort to inform customers of current issues/outages/problems either here or on the
Vonage
website.

Add me to the list of people affected -- this ****! They could at least forward the numbers over to the network availability #.

Everything is down hard for me in California, Florida and Texas. 800 Service, Virtual numbers, all dead in the water.

Yep...me too. My inbound has been down since about noon CST and my outbound just bit the dust @ about 2:45pm CST. I'm located in Mobile, AL.

Same here-- affecting all 3 of our Vongage lines in area codes 212, 412, and 727.
We can call out, but nobody can call in. Problem affects Vonage-to-Vonage calls, in addition to outside-carriers-to-Vonage. (Confirmed from BellSouth, Verizon, and Cingular)
Calls are NOT rolling over to "Network Availability" number.
Problem has been going on since at least 3:00 pm Eastern time.
