My wife called and said she didn't have a dialtone on the Vonage line. I thought, based on the status message, this was an incoming call issue. Does anyone else have a dialtone issue or do I need to do some remote debugging?

I hope the person you talked to is wrong and it is more than just "a server". I'd hate to think that Vonage doesn't have any redundancy built into the system. One server should NEVER cause a problem like this.

BTW, area code 703 is still down. Just tried to call home.

505-201-**** is also down - no dial tone and my router is showing the NO ACTIVITY light, swapped out router cables and even tried another router still no Vonage Sad

OK. No more than 5 minutes after I posted my last message, it seems that 703 is back up. I just called home and my answering machine picked up the phone.

The bright spot about this is that my wife wasn't at home when it happened, so the WAF (Wife Acceptance Factor) isn't impacted. Very Happy
