Where are you located? That might help narrow down the outage.

My wife just called me and it worked fine.

I'm located about 30 minutes west of Boston, MA (area code 508).

Update: Only outbound calls work. I just tried calling home and it failed (fast busy).

Just had a friend try to call mine and he got a fast busy signal. 207 area code (Maine).

Fortunately, outbound works, and that's most of what I do, but this is not good...

me too having the same issue in 201 area code..

any updates from someone that has spoken to Tech support

Vonage Tech support hung up on me after speaking to a rep...This SUX.. calling them again..

I'm starting to have Vonage and loose faith on Voip services..

Still nothing on the account Dashboard. It's been nearly an hour since we noticed the problem.

Can dial out, but get inbound voice disconnected. Also, no incoming calls allowed.

Same Here in 404. Just talked to a Vonage Account Rep, they had no idea. They said nothing was showing on their network status screen. Now on hold for Tech Support.
