Hey everyone, just set up my Vonage today. So far everything works like a charm. My question is, on Best Buys website they mention Vonage will credit your account 65.00 after 90 days. Now I presume this is not automatic, there was no form in the box and anything at all. I did get a coupon number on the receipt though. I've checked all over there site but cannot seem to find the info I'm looking. Could someone please help and share some personal experiences. Thanks everyone |

No kidding? Ha, good luck.
You should have bought it online using the free month link on this site.
Search this site, the retail rebates are a joke, most people never get them. |

I called Vonage to find out how to get it,they informed me i should have got the form from the store(radio shack)I purchased it at.I returned to the store and they went online and printed it for me.I filled it out and sent it with "ups".3 months later i called to see where it was , was told its after 90 days of service then its another 6 weeks in processing then another few weeks in shipping.About 6 months after having the service i called once again to cancel my service ( i had atleast 3 conversations about this with Vonage by this time)because i felt i was misled still not having my 65 $ back. The Vonage Rep immediately credited my account with 65$, i was very pleased even though i felt i should not have had to goto this extreme. To add a note of humor,3 months later i recieved in the mail a cheque for 65$ from Vonage. |

This just happened to me: I bought the PAP2 kit at Best Buy, saw the signs, and I just assumed that Vonage would take care of it (after all, if they know the MAC address they know what type of device it is). Also I went to multiple Best Buys and talked to multiple salesbots and managers and none of them were aware of a rebate form or anything.
Anyways, my three months just passed and I didn't get a credit, so I sent Vonage billing a message yesterday to that effect. Today they replied positively and credited me $65. Easy as pie. |

Fantastic, I was just about to email Vonage billing re: my rebate, since the Futureshop provided no forms, no support (sales guys seemed to not know anything about the rebate other than it existsed) about getting my credit on my pap2. I logged in to my account to get the account number, date of activation, etc and found my balance = "Current Balance: -$65.00" Yahoo, that was so smooth, I did nothing and got my credit. Thanks Vonage |

I had the $115 credit from my purchase - and it took three phone calls to Vonage, but I received the credit at about 115 days after activation. |
