I have the hp all in one officejet 6110 XI. and everytime i recieve a fax the machine get the fax and on the middle of the transmission gets disconnected and i cant figured it out i tried with the G3 AKA ECM on and off but i cant recieve faxes at all hp says that this fax does not allow but Vonage says is no problem cause it uses or has a g3. any one knows how to solve this one?
i'm new to vonage...infact i don't even have it yet.
I just wanted to let you know...don't listen to a word that HP tells you. I swear they have less information about the products they sell then the guy at your local walmart. I had a problem with my HP all-in-one being used by other computers on my network. I called HP first and the tech guy SWORE up and down that my officejet 5610v in no way shape or form hasn't, doesn't, and will never be able to be used across a network. I'm not ignorant at all when it comes to computers, but my network knowledge is not as sharp, but i still thought it was ****. So I called linksys and the dude fixed my problem in less then 5 minutes.
So deal with a customer support tech from either Vonage, your ISP, or whoever might release any hardware that has to do with your faxing....never HP.
