Wow, this has never happened to me in my entire life. I thought I would give CS a break and send an email support request so they could respond at their leisure. After going through the drop down lists and selecting the proper area to direct my question, I got a message that said due to a high volume of email support questions, they could not accept my email at this time.

It's either laugh or cry when you try and get support from Vonage. I'm tired of crying. LOL, LOL, LOL.............

Actually, I can sing the praises of this fourm. I was needing to find out about my rebate. I found another post here that mentioned the www.web-rebates.com/vonage link. So, I went there and found out my rebate is approved and the check is pending. It will be interesting to know how long it will pend. LOL. But at least it was not lost and there is still hope.

Last time I emailed them about an overcharge, the reply came back essentially saying: yes we overcharged you, but call us to fix it.

So I'm not really surprised email didn't work. But the good news for me was it was finally resolved and I can go back to being happy I'm saving money
