Supposively, you can hold down the "1" key for it to dial voice mail (I assume a speed dial for "*123".) On my phone units the button doesn't seem to be programmed and doesn't dial VM when you hold it down.
I've contacted VTECH - waste of time there - not willing to assist. And I really don't feel like waiting an hour+ to talk to outsourced tech support for Vonage.
Anyone know how to program the button?

I can't get it to work either. VTech won't help. I read somewhere where someone claimed it worked for them. But, most posts on the net say it simply doesn't work.
