Unavailable in Maine?

Vonage does not appear to be available in the state of Maine, USA.
Why is this so? Are there regulatory or taxation factors at work?
I'd love to know.

Vonage does seem to be available in Maine. Click on the availability link at the top of vonage.com. There are like 8 towns available for service.

One question for any vonage reps though... It seems many surrounding towns in Maine around me can port there phone #. Why is it that 207-384-xxxx numbers cannot be ported and are there any plans to let residents in this number port?

OMG, LOL. That's what I get for google searching voip in Maine. I thought it was this year.

LOL - When I saw tomorrows date I thought I had a database problem - then I saw the year.
