Why can't Vonage make their Call Again service *66 ?
Why "5" instead of *66 ? |

I mean if it works, what difference does it make if you press 5 or 9 or whatever?
This is stated in the features section of www.vonage.com its no mystery as to how it works. |
it is a matter of what you are used to
i have used *66 for many years with SBC
Vonage did choose to use *69 and *67... did you notice?
again, why not *66 ?
is there a technical reason for this? |

Sure... yeah... Moto, by now we all know Vonage is a bargain... but I agree... there really should be a reason why not to use the standard code.
It'd be nice to know if there is a reason... and if not, it'd be nice for Vonage to know that we care. |

If Vonage people read these forums, please keep 5 and may add *66. I like 5. |

I would rather see *72 &*73 so you could forward with out the web...although the web does give you many options...maybe *72 to turn on (using your current set up) and *73 to turn off would be better http://www.vonage.com/features_call_forward.php
anyone have an automated add on for this? |
