Joe, Thanks for the help! Within 1 1/2 hours it was working! I did recieve a call back from the VP's office and it was taken care of at once. Thanks for all the help!

I've been emailing Dean HArris for over a year now.
Vonage
claiming to get my area code "it's coming".
Today - I've had enough. but I've been on hold for 40 minutes!
Absolute crap!
Go to voicepulse!
I've beena
Vonage
customer for over 3 years and the customer service has been getting progressively worse over those years. Competition is too fierce to put up with this! Can't they hire someone with business degree to help them?
