you used to be able to use the Sj phone for everything. But now I'm unable to make cell phone calls from this phone. However Vonage software works just fine. I learned this after being online with the tech support for over an hour.
I use express talk business version. I could not make it work with IMS on-hold system. I tried on 4 computers. The on-hold feature works only a couple seconds.
Try their products well, before buying them..
