On March 22 I referred a friend to Vonage service via the Refer-a-Friend program. They contacted Vonage through the email that was sent to them and signed up for the service within two days later. A few days later the Manage your Referrals webpage showed, and still shows the referral, under the heading DECLINED OFFER it shows NO ( indicating that they accepted the offer, which they did). Under the heading RECEIVED CREDIT it shows NO ( i did not get the comission that I was supposed to get). I have read the rules for this program and can find no mention of denial of credit that would make me ineligible for the credit. I have contacted Vonage Customer Care a number of times and recieve conflicting reasons why I cannot get the credit due me. I will never refer a friend (or enemy) to Vonage again as this is a pure rip off. |

I refered a friend and was immediately credited for the referal the day he signed up.

I've always received credit right away on a referral. However, the indication of NO under DECLINED OFFER doesn't mean that your friend accepted the offer. (I don't know how a friend would go about declining, but I have a couple of friends who have taken no action either way, and it says NO in this column.) For whatever reason, Vonage apparently doesn't think that your friend signed up via your referral. |

Yep. I just referred 2 people and it showed up immediately, which kind of surprised me as I thought it would take 90 days. |
