Can you access the router setup page?
192.168.15.1
What firmware version?
Don't unplug the unit when the power light is flashing. It's trying to update the firmware.
What is the IP of the computer?( start/run/cmd/ "ipconfig/all" )

power light -on (blinked for a few moments then stayed on)
internet light - on
ethernet light -on
phone lights- blinked and then remained off
Can not connect to internet when adapter is hooked up (got server not found error)
No dial tone

Router setup page info:
obtain auto or dynamic address -on
MTU - disabled
local ip 192.168.15.1
local dhcp - enabled
The voice version is 3.1.6 customized

I tried "start/run/cmd/ "ipconfig/all" and got windows can not find ipconfig/all.

How about the router Status page? Has it been assigned an IP on its WAN side?

So, the router is NOT getting an IP address. Is it possible the they (Verizon) are sensitive to the requesting MAC address?

I don't have your model router, but most have a place in their setup pages that allow you to specify a MAC address to be used for the WAN side .... usually referred to MAC Cloning. You might want to find this and set it to the MAC addesss of your computer and see if that changes anything.

(You can find your MAC address for your computer by going to a command prompt and typing:
ipconfig /all
then look for the MAC address of your Ethernet adapter.

When you find it, set it in the router's MAC cloning option and then re-cycle the router. Then see if the status page shows an internet IP address.

Just FYI: There is a space between "ipconfig" and "/all"

IPCONFIG /ALL
