Post subject: Virtual Numbers
Last week I set up a virtual phone number in the 416 (Canada) area code to ring on my phone in Boston. In the 8 days I've had the number I have had at least 33 "wrong" numbers.
I called the No Customer Service number and was told there was nothing they could do about it because they do not charge for incoming calls. They did suggest I set up call filters.
Now 2 questions:
1) How do I set up call filters. I can't find a thing on the website and when I called No Custer Care back I was sent to Tier 2 and left in the holding pattern.
2) If you can set up filters, does that mean every time I get a "wrong" number I have to go in and filter out that number?

I had the same thing happen.. I called and they assigned me a new number, then credited me the "setup fee"
Thats about all you can do. I have no idea what this call filter is..
