Is there a way in one's account on vonage.com where one can see the individual cost of each call. I know the Dashboard and activity shows call duration, but I want to find out what rate I was charged (per min) for an international call.
I used to have a LD provider who had live call info on their website....
Go to your dashboard. Go to billing. Go to charged calls. There you will see the per minute charge based on how many minutes you called divided by the total cost. ALso, you can hit up the international rates of www.vonage.com and see for yourself the per minute charge for international calls.
Right that makes sense BUT...
that gives me an average rate for all calls.
I need to find out the cost of a particular call (partly as I don't know whether they charged it as normla or as a cell phone call to that country).
Log in with ur username and password. Go to ur billing page. Click .view call details and you have the information u want. By the way the cheapest way to call ngn/cellular phones in W. Europe is to use 10-10-987 on POTS.
