It wasn't the intention of this thread to poll users for which ISP they are using. It was meant to be an informational post on the experience I (and others) have had in a particular problem that appeared, at the time, to be quite popular - being able to hear the person on the other end while they couldn't hear you.
With 11,000+ views, I don't think people have given up. They are probably taking the advice that has been posted here by myself and others who have gone through the process of getting Comcast (and other ISPs) to resolve network issues that wouldn't otherwise be challenged.

Outrun, your .sig shows you still have Comcast and a 5120. Are you still having problems, or did they get resolved?

Everything is working perfectly fine.
I still continually run PingPlotter to monitor the ISP connection. Comcast in my area with the 5120 is very stable (the whole "speedboost" thing didn't affect our connection negatively). There are very infrequent outages where Comcast is doing line maintenance (middle of the night, the hops to comcast.net change for a few hours, then change back).
I was eagerly awaitng FIOS while going through the hassle of resolving my ISP issues. While I'm still waiting (cheaper price, marginally faster performance), I'm far less eager.
