I am sorry to hear that you are having problems. I use Vonage extensively--approx. 3 to 5 hours per day--and have no problems. I guess what I am trying to say is that there might be 100 reasons for your problems. Rather than coming here and complaining, you might consider the following:
Describe your problem (I guess you already did that to some extent).
Describe your setup (type, speed and provider of connection, router setup if applicable, type of ATA.
Have you ever had it working nicely?
Are you using additional PC's on your Internet connection? If so, what OS, what antivirus solution, firewall setup?
What I am really trying to get at is that you need to think about the source of the problem. For that, you go down the connection. Speed coming in (yes/no), if no that's your problem, if yes where does it get used etc.
There is many highly competent members at this forum, so let's have some details!!!  |
