i cannot recieve any inbound calls,when someone calls the phone doesnt ring and they tell me it says this phone number has been disconeccted.i can call out with no problem.i have the Vonage router RT31P2,also i cant seem to get into that web based utuility,and ive tried calling the towel heads over in india but cannot understand nothing they say.this is how i have it setup:cable line going into cable modem,2:ethernet cord going into motorrola router:3 three ethernet cords going out one into the Vonage router,one into my pc,and one going into another pc,also my motorrolla router is configured for my third pc which is across the house running on a wireless card,i dont know if any of that has anything to do with why my phone will not ring or not,like i said everything else works fine,any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem when I was getting my number changed. I eventually gave up and went with a number in a different city. (where i live, all the towns around here, around as far as i know, Tulsa, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Berryhill, Broken Arrow, all these places are local) so even though I live in Sand Springs, I got a Sapulpa number, and it worked just fine. It seems Vonage was having a problem w/ their block of numbers here in Sand Springs and Tulsa. The engineers are aware of it, at least in my area they are.

i had my m.c.i. service on up untill today,then it was shutoff at around 3pm,ive had Vonage for over a week now and they said they would switch me,its almost like they didnt,i dunno im on the phone again with them trying to translate what they are telling me.maybe it could be a problem like yours,maybe its my area i live near chicago.

Then that could be that the routing just hasn't updated to know that you're with Vonage now. I'm not an expert, but I think that's how it could work. Just give it some time. Maybe til tomorrow night.
