What country are you calling when you call support? I had a caller ID issue with my simulring and called support... This guy could hardly understand english? In the end I said thanks for nothing and hung up... |

It really depends... when I've called, I either get an American or an overseas person, but I've been lucky and when I had an issue with a number change a couple days ago, I got Americans, and get this, we got disconnected and he actually called me back, I was so surprised. |
