Post subject: Calls dropped becuase of ...?
I am sorry if this has been addressed before but I did a lot of search and couldn't find anything.
Ok this is my problem: I have a one line service from
Vonage
that I use for both phone calls and Fax at the same line. (I don't have too much faxes for me to get a dedicated fax line). So, everything works great, receiving/making calls, sending/ receiving faxes except when my wife calls me from her cell phone, after 5 or 6 minutes the call gets dropped followed by the fax tone. The thing is there is no fax coming, there never was. This happens everytime she calls from her cellphone. I have other friends that call me from their cellphones with no problems.
My wife's carrier is T-mobile just incase it has something to do with this problem.
Any suggestions please
My Location is : Louisville, KY

Thanks guys

The first thing I'd do is disconnect my own fax machine and make sure that the tones are not coming from it. It could be that something odd about your wife's cell phone is triggering your fax machine and causing something odd to happen.
