Anyone else have this problem? Often my outgoing calls ring as busy, but if I try them 5-6 times in a row, eventually one will get 'out' and connect to the phone number. What can I do? I use Vonage for business, I really need it to work, and we all know how helpful Vonage cust serv can be

the devices usually have a problem with speed dial and/or punching in the numbers by hand too quickly. if you're doing one of the above, try it slower or try pressing the key down for a longer period of time.
