When I want to send a diagram (not a text file) to someone, ask him to sign his name to it and send it back to me, how, exactly, do I do this using email-to-Internnet-fax? I suppose I could get a scanner (at both ends of the connection), scan the document, attach the scanner's output file to an email message, and send it, and have the correspondent print it, sign the hardcopy, and then perform the same three-step process to return it... but a fax machine is quicker, cheaper, and easier for non-techies to use. |

I would consider to have an internet fax service for my business rather than a traditional fax machine because it is more efficient and it is really cost effective. It also provides lots of benefits and advantages. |

Carefully check the services reviews of a Voip service provider. There are lots of reliable Voip phone service provider but you must choose what is best and appropriate for your business. |

There are number of internet fax providers out there. It's best to read review so you can compare the plans and pricing they offer. It's best also to choose the one who offer free trial period so you can measure the capacity of the system in providing your faxing needs. |

Online faxing is the most convenient and cost-effective way of sending and receiving fax nowadays. It eliminates costly installations of fax machines and extra phone lines. |

You can find lots of free Internet fax services for small volume of pages, but if you need more than 50 pages or so I'd recommend signing up with a service like Nextiva or RingCentral. They both have 30 day trial periods so you can try it out risk-free.
I signed up for a pay service because I needed it for a small business. There are lots of review sites out there with good comparisons. |

There are definitely a lot of options for solid email fax services, but I think FaxitFast.com is worth taking a second look. They offer a 30 day risk-free trial to see if you like the service and their Fax 250 plan is only $5.83 / mo. With faxitfast.com, you also don't have to worry about tracking send / receive pages because you can use your monthly allotment any way you wish. |
