Do you by any chance use Comcast as your ISP? |

I have the same problem with the web site. I had intermittent success logging on to my account last night but not at all today. Comcast is my ISP. |

did you sign up online or did you call? if you still cant login after 24 hours you will need to call them to verify if your account is in their records or they may also need to reset your password. |

We can dial out, but when we do, the other people can't hear much of what we say. If someone calls us then everything is fine.
We can't check our voice mail through our home phone, but I can check it via my cell phone.
The Vonage web site is down.
Is there a way to get an official status of what is going on with Vonage service? |

This morning I see I have a couple of voicemails from last night, but the voicemail system doesn't recognize my passcode. I can get the voicemail system by dialing *123, but when I key in the numbers for my passcode it says it is "invalid password".
So, I figured I would check the website to reset my password or check the voicemails that way, but the website seems to be down... Is there a service outage of the website/voicemail system?
I can make outgoing calls and receive inbound calls, just can't check voicemail from my home phone.
UPDATE: Success from cell phone! I tried checking my voicemail from my cell phone, dialing in to one of the local access numbers, and that worked - recognized my passcode without a hitch. So the problem must be with *123. And the website is still down.
-Sean P.S. Comcast is also my ISP. |

For me it's not just not being able to log in. The site appears to be completely down as in 'cannot find server'. Vonage Voip service and all its features are working perfectly. |

No the Vonage website is definately not down. If I go to Vonage through my company VPN (where Comcast can't block it) I have no problem accessing the web site or my account. Is anyone NOT using Comcast having trouble with the Vonage web site? |

Comcast is my ISP. I notified Vonage service about the problem. Obviously, no solution yet -- SIGH |

Well I have talked to everyone I know that has comcast as their ISP and no one can access the Vonage site. I have call Comcast and escalated the issue, and basicall accused them of blocking the Vonage site. I suggest that you other Comcast users do the same. |
