i dont understand this setup, theres like 2 network boxes, ive included pictures. tell me which wire(s) to disconnect please.

This NIC on the right is not in use. It appears it may have been added to support line 2 and then disconnected.
Unplug the modular connector in the NIC on the left. If you still have POTS service you should get a dial tone by plugging a phone into that port. Dial tone should be gone from all wall jacks when it is unplugged.

Man, you've got a good eye. Is the POTS input to the left NIC via the wire exiting to the left and running just below the NIC and above the lighter colored wire? (And, of course, via the center terminal block.) |
