Hi. I have a very poor line since a week. Not bad when i receive a call but incomprehensive when i place it. Could you help me or it's a Vonage problem with server.
I use Videotron high speed cable service.

EXTREMELY LOW OUTBOUND QUALITY OF SOUND since 1 week or so....
1. Your location : Ste-Adele, Quebec, Canada 2. Your ISP name and type (cable, DSL, wireless etc) : COGECO 3. Upload and download speeds : UP= 612kbps DOWN=5.75Mbps 4. Modem make and model : RCA DCM315 5. Type of Vonage adapter used ie RT31P2 or PAP2 : RT31P2 6. Setup of Network ie Modem---->Vonage Adapter-->PC : MODEM -> D-LINK ROUTER DI-624 -> RT31P2 7.
