Post subject: VPN
I am not able to connect to VPN Contivity thru the
Vonage
Adapter. I am connected from the cable modem to the
Vonage
Adapter and then to the PC. Will a router solve my problem ?

Yes you need to get another router that supports VPN, plug computer into that router and the phone adapter to that router.
Currently I have a lynksys Wireless G router connected to my modem and the
Vonage
router connected to that.

Are you talking about a Linksys RT31P2 or the
Vonage
based 31P2?
If so, on the Security tab in the web based setup, there is a section for VPN. Just make sure that you have PPTP, IPSEC, and PPPoE passthrough enabled. No need for a secondary device when this one already allows for VPN passthrough.
VPN Tunnels are a different story.
