I spend 50-75% of my phone time with customres who have either been on hold at least 30 mins, transferred more than 3 times, or had reps with 'language differences'. I feel like I start every call with two strikes against both myself and the customer. I STINKS for all concerned when calls seem to begin pretty much with REPEATED adversarial relationships.

That's the nature of the beast with CS jobs. I worked for a lawn care company years ago and every call I got was a complaint. Usually threatening to withhold payment or to cancel service.
Nobody ever called to say, "Gee my lawn looks great."

When I say Dashboard, I'm referring to the whole Vonage site/web acct management. It's always fun to have your phone forwarded to a number, change locations, try to change the forwarding and oops! Vonage's website isn't responding again.
