I swear, 8 out of 10 times I try to log in to Vonage's site (to check voicemail, change call forwarding, etc.) it times out during the log in process. Doesn't matter if it's from work or home or whatever.

EXTREMELY frustrating!!!

Am I the only one with this problem?

I just tried to log in, and it's in the long, slow process of timing out for me right now, I think. Looks like secure.vonage.com is having some problems.

EDIT: Just got in. It took a terribly long time, and a couple of retries. And the site is SLOW. But it's up. Barely.

Same here guys, dont know why they cant keep the Dash going, but it certainly is frequent.

I was able to login after trying a few times. I see in my dashboard:

"Call Activity information is temporarily unavailable. This information should be available shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience."

Yeah, I know there's a problem now, that's why I posted. What I want to know is do you have the same problem frequently, like I do? I've been a Vonage user for a year and a half and this issue has always been a problem. It can't just be me.

I don't log into the Dashboard very often, but I'd guess that about 95% of the time when I try to log in, I get in just fine. However, I generally log in about once a week, so if there are outages I must be missing them.

I know back around Christmas of last year things got ugly, but Vonage was moving the servers around at the time.

It is something on Vonage's end, and has happened a number of times the last few days. Every time I do a tracert when the site is slow I find this...

That doesn't mean anything, just that they have that particular router set so that it doesn't reply to PING requests.

As far as their dashboard servers go, I know they were changing things around last week & trying to spread the load among more servers in different parts of the country (vs keeping everything in New Jersey like they had been), so maybe this is part of it. Either way, it's still pathetic. If I had anywhere near these type of problems with my networks, I'd be fired in a heartbeat.
