I use Windows XP to send my faxes. I have used this method for two years on landlines and on Vonage. When I was using Comcast Cable Internet, I was able to send faxes using my Vonage phone line with no problems. Unfortunately when I switched to Qwest DSL, I am no longer able to send or receive a fax larger than two or three pages. After the second or third page is sent/received, the fax fails and tries to resend again.
Even though Vonage doesn't support software faxing, they have been very helpful in trying to solve my problem, but have been unable to come up with a solution.
I suspect that the problem may lie in my actiontec DSL Gateway/Router.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
