7. Issue you are experiencing: No dial tone.

Is the phone light lit? If not, first try re-booting your setup. Unplug your phone. Power everything down, then power up the modem, wait for 2 minutes, power up the RTP300, then power up the PC and plug in the phone. That may get it working.

Are your Voip test results made with the RTP300 in the circuit? If so, you obviously have internet service through the device. Go to the admin page on the RTP (http://192.168.15.1). What does it say on the voice section of the status tab?

If your phone light is lit and you're not getting a dial tone, first check your cabling and the phone itself. If that's not it, get back to us.

he said status tab, not voice tab. under that it should say Line1 and Line2. post what it says after Line1 and Line2.
sounds like you're another new subscriber that Vonage is having problems with. it's been going on a couple weeks now.

as a side note, a 3.3 on the testmyvoip test isnt' going to give you great voice quality... your internet connection might not quite be up to snuff either, which could possibly cause problems.
