Has anybody tried using this thing? I can install it, but then when it asks me to log in, every time I attempt to do so, I get "Some internal error has occurred. Please log in again." I try again, same message.

I've never gotten this stupid feature to work. Has anybody else?

It works for me. I use MS Office Outlook, click on a name in the address book, pick the number and click. My phone rings then when pick it up it dials the number and connects. Kinda silly but it does work.

I think you missed my point. I can't use it because I'm unable to even log in to the stupid thing.

Make sure you are using your 11 digit phone number (e.g. 12125551212). I could not get it to log me in without the one in front. Once I got logged in, it worked great in Firefox and Thunderbird. I wish it worked in Opera. I also wish you could put multiple lines in and then choose which line you dialed out on...

Now if only I could get the program icon to actually OPEN. One other problem I constantly have had is that when I double-click the icon on my desktop, the program doesn't open. At all.

I just uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and was able to open it, but I can't log in no matter what I try. I input my phone # and password and keep getting "authentication failed," and I KNOW I'm using the correct password.

Don't ask ME what the heck is wrong with the stupid thing.
